Saw this. This was pretty cool. For some reason he reminds me of Terry Bogard. Must be the proportions and the color scheme. Very nice.

*cough* Anyway lovely drawing. I was in the FGC for a bit. First time being exposed to fighting games outside of Street Fighter, Tekken, and arguably Smash Bros. My friend showed me Ky and I was never the same...

Haha, thank you! I had a similar experience, I never played much fgc but tried gg out with some friends and instantly gravitated to Ky and Dizzy. All the characters are very magnetic

So, who inspired your style, or your character designs?

I do love jesters :P, a mix of a wizard and jester design. Crashing's design that I drew inspiration from is a mix between the thief from Spyro, and Spyro. Also DBZ and invader zim.

Things that inspired my style and what i love to draw was stuff in my childhood. Crash bandicoot, ape escape, Spyro. I love the colors and how the designs were very simplistic but so unique. Ed edd eddy was a really large influence on me with how all the characters move and their facial expressions were really good. One piece had a huge impact on me and definitely gave me a lot of inspiration, I absolutely love Oda's artistic choices. Dragon Ball and dragon Ball z definitely had another really large influence when it came to eyes and form of the body. I really love dragon Ball with how they drew the faces and the form of the human body. And with dragon Ball z I just had a huge thing with how they drew Kidd buu's eyes hehe. When I paint I do get some inspiration from courage the cowardly dog cuz I love how creepy it was.

Something I also enjoyed designs of was Invaders zim, I always like the smiles they did in the show. Something I always loved when I was a kid watching the show was how zim crawled with all of his robot spider legs and I used to fantasize playing a video game walking around as zim with spider legs hehehehehe.

Another thing that I really enjoyed was for the sega Genesis was rocket Knight adventures. Amazing music and I love the main characters design :3.
